The story

Before the legend, a choice.

Groomed for Roman glory, Nicholas must choose between power and the poor family he's just met, because saving them from his uncle's persecution would cost him his name, ambition and future.

The history

Nicholas was born in the third century in Patara, in what is now Turkey. He became bishop of Myra and was imprisoned in the persecution under Emperor Diocletian. His secret gifts to a poor man's three daughters became the root of the Santa Claus tradition.
